Once you've submitted this form and paid the fees (via PayPal), you will receive a confirmation email from us.

When you arrive at the Ground Hog Open, you will need to register for each individual event. Events included: Open Singles 101, Draw Doubles, Mixed Triples, 501 Singles, Cricket Singles, Doubles.

For team events, your pre payment covers only your portion of the team entry fees.
