Once you've submitted this form and paid the registration fees (via PayPal), you will receive a confirmation email from us.

When you arrive at the Honey Badger Open, you'll need to check in with us to receive your pre-paid voucher cards, which you will use (like cash) to register for each individual event.

Events included: Mixed Doubles, Draw Doubles, Mixed Triples, 501 Singles, Cricket Singles, Doubles.

For team events, your pre-registration covers only your portion of the team entry fees.
